Facilitated by Dr. Toby Lazarus, group sessions are offered at the Stamford JCC and individual sessions are available in your home. The sessions are designed for a range of ages and abilities, which can be adjusted based on the participants. The next sessions of Brain Fitness will take place at the Stamford JCC. The guests received certificates of appreciation along with a flowering plant as a gift. Schoke Jewish Family Service could not do as much as it does without a loyal and dedicated group volunteering their time and energy. Volunteers are involved with the Kosher Food Pantry, Coat Drives and Food Distribution for the holidays, Shabbat meal delivery to seniors, our Friendly Visitors program and many other services provided to the residents of the fifteen towns that we serve in Fairfield County.
